I have known Arnold for more than 10 years and have worked with him in my last 2 companies. IHG is very proud to hold out the brand launch as the template for how a new hotel brand should be launched. Mechline are a very well established business in a mature and hotly contested market. The work Arnold led on our repositioning and rebranding certainly raised our profile as a quality provider.
