Specialising in creating or repositioning brands he has been at the heart of the development of hub by Premier Inn in the UK and IHG’s Staybridge Suites and Hotel Indigo in Europe and the Middle East. He has also worked with IHG on their award-winning Employer Brand and Interserve FM to develop a customer service programme for their prestigious contract for the BBC that is now being rolled out across all of their client portfolio.
