Acentic had a tremendous heritage and in-depth experience of the hotel industry and were recognised as leaders in the provision of in-room entertainment through TV screens but their world was changing and they had purchased a supplier of high speed internet access to adapt their approach to the market. They needed to update their positioning and look and feel to reflect their shift in emphasis from suppliers of in-room TVs to providers of integrated hotel technology solutions.
What we did
We identified that the strap line on their logo “Technology made better” was not represented in any of their marketing communications and created a new look and feel for them based around photography shot in their R&D facilities in Cologne. The photography was presented in black and white and was the key element of the new web site we designed and built as well as their social media platforms.
The new website has been well received by their key clients and has witnessed a significant uplift in traffic and since the new look was unveiled they have become suppliers of choice for major international hotel chains.
