ArnoldArnold Woodhouse has been a marketing director at both Granada and Forte Hotels where he was responsible for the repositioning of Granada’s high street rental operation into a retail focussed business and establishing Posthouse Hotels as a sector leading chain prior to the successful sale to what is now IHG. Specialising in creating or repositioning brands he has been at the heart of the development of hub by Premier Inn in the UK and IHG’s Staybridge Suites and Hotel Indigo in Europe and the Middle East. NickyNicky Williamson has been an International HR Director with major hotel brands including IHG and Starwood developing and implementing global HR strategy, ensuring regional relevance and brand consistency in developed and emerging markets across EMEA. She has operated at a strategic level using her thorough knowledge of hotel operations to build strong partnership with Operators and Centres of Excellence to deliver great results through people. I have known Arnold for more than 10 years and have worked with him in my last 2 companies. Mechline are a very well established business in a mature and hotly contested market. The work Arnold led on our repositioning and rebranding certainly raised our profile as a quality provider.
